Job Summary
This position reports directly to the Manager Project Management. The Business Analyst is responsible for determining the needs of a project acting as a liaison between product owners stakeholders and software development teams. They analyze requirements for a project reconcile conflicting interests and determine how to translate the product owners vision into a plan that can be implemented by developers. The job description of a requirements analyst includes analyzing operational business flow determining business need for systems functional changes assessing systems suitability obtaining and documenting users requirements documents and assisting in data analysis.
