Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirement Analysis
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for mobile applications.
- Translate business needs into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and User Stories.
- Define clear acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and enhancements.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners UX/UI designers developers and QA teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops sprint planning backlog grooming and review sessions.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Agile & Delivery Support
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives).
- Support sprint execution by clarifying requirements and resolving queries.
- Assist QA teams in test case creation and UAT execution.
Mobile App Focus
- Analyze mobile user journeys workflows and interactions.
- Ensure requirements align with mobile-specific constraints (performance security usability).
- Support app store release planning and post-release analysis.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date documentation using tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar.
- Create process flows wireframes and mockups (as needed).
- Track KPIs and support reporting on user adoption and app performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on mobile app projects.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS Android) and app development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with requirement management tools (JIRA Azure DevOps Confluence).
- Experience with wireframing tools (Figma Balsamiq Axure optional).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to UX/UI principles for mobile applications.
Experience with API integrations and backend systems
