We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments including project management finance and operations to gather and analyze data create reports and provide recommendations for process improvement. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and present findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
