The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance repairs and upkeep throughout the Clubs buildings and common areas. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance safety and functionality of the Clubs facilities while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation including but not limited to electrical mechanical plumbing HVAC pool equipment and basic structural repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas including:
Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
Sweeping walkways and entry areas
Picking up litter
Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas including:
Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
Sweeping vacuuming dusting and light cleaning
Arranging furniture as needed
Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and pool equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
