Pay: $69-$73/hr
Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This multinational chain is seeking a Brand Project Manager for the Design and Marketing Team.
In this role you will serve as the project management lead for a variety of marketing campaigns scaling from packaging asset management to highly visible coffee campaigns. You will facilitate cross-functional teams agencies and vendors and manage projects through the entire process from kickoff to completion.
Brand Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion managing schedules budgets scope resources risks quality and communications to ensure timely on-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams agencies and vendors through strategic creative and production workstreams while building strong relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
- Define project objectives scope and resource requirements while anticipating challenges mitigating risks and driving alignment on solutions and priorities.
- Improve cross-functional planning communication workflows and processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Manage external vendor relationships and internal partnerships to successfully brief coordinate and deliver complex marketing and creative initiatives.
Brand Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing project management experience including leading complex programs and projects through completion while managing scope schedule cost risk quality integration procurement resources and communications.
- 23 years of marketing experience with the ability to lead product and creative workstreams from concept through production.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet Microsoft Office Suite Miro and Slack.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong project planning and leadership skills including defining objectives scope resources and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity overcome challenges and drive projects through completion.
