Branch Manager Mankato

Handi Medical is looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focusedBranch Manager to lead the daily operations of our Mankato location. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence driving business growth achieving productivity goals and delivering profitable outcomes while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Meet with customers and referral sources to introduce Handi Medicals products and services and build strong business relationships
• Partner with the sales team to expand and maintain a strong referral base
• Represent Handi Medical at community events and networking opportunities
• Maintain existing business relationships while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities
• Communicate regularly with sales teams payers referral sources and other key stakeholders
• Promote awareness of new products and services
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow up on new referrals to ensure timely and exceptional service
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve productivity and profitability goals
• Lead coach and develop branch team members while fostering a positive workplace culture

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• PREFER experience in healthcare home medical equipment (HME) medical supplies sales customer service and/or management
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record with the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively delegate tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications
• General working knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to maintain a professional image while demonstrating commitment to Handi Medicals mission and values
