Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BPM Engineer III (Appian Developer) to support the design development enhancement integration and maintenance of Appian-based business process management solutions. The role involves developing complex Appian applications workflow automation backend database functionality system integrations defect resolution and participation in Agile sprint activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Appian applications and workflows.
  
• Build and enhance complex Appian SAIL interfaces and process models.
  
• Develop Appian objects including records reports interfaces process models and integrations.
  
• Perform application enhancements troubleshooting and defect resolution.
  
• Develop and optimize backend database solutions.
  
• Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts architects QA teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Ensure application performance scalability security and maintainability.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 8 years of overall IT experience.
  
• 4 years of hands-on Appian development experience.
  
• Strong expertise in complex Appian SAIL development.
  
• Experience with Appian process modeling records reports integrations and workflow automation.
  
• Strong backend database development experience with:
  
• MySQL
  
• MariaDB
  
• Microsoft SQL Server
  
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification.
  
• Experience with Appian deployment and environment management.
  
• Experience in BPM and workflow optimization initiatives.
  
• Knowledge of performance tuning and database optimization.
