• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform monthly closing procedures
• Process weekly payroll
• Review financial statements and reports
• Track expenses budgets and cash flow on a regular basis
• Assist with compliance documentation
• Manage data entry and maintain organized financial filing systems

• Accounting Bookkeeping entry level position
• Knowledge of general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a professional trustworthy demeanor
