ROLE SUMMARY:
International School San Patricio Toledo is seeking a caring responsible and proactive Boarding Staff member to join our boarding house team.
The successful candidate will support the wellbeing supervision and day-to-day care of our international boarding students helping to create a safe positive and supportive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support boarding students ensuring their safety wellbeing and personal development.
- Help maintain a positive respectful and inclusive boarding house environment.
- Monitor students attendance routines and adherence to boarding house rules and expectations.
- Provide pastoral care and guidance acting as a trusted adult for students when needed.
- Work closely with the boarding team teachers and parents to support students academic and personal success.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience or strong skills in working with and managing teenagers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible flexible and committed to student welfare.
