About the Role:
As a Behavior Analyst youll play a pivotal role in overseeing client treatment plans providing supervision for behavior technicians and collaborating with our interdisciplinary teamall under one roof!

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in behavior analysis education psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification through the BACB
Pay range and compensation package:
- $72000-$93000 (based on years of experience)

Required Skills:
Preferred Qualifications Interest in ABA Psychology Special Education or related fields. Willingness to learn and engage in hands-on training. Experience working with children or individuals with Autism preferred No prior ABA experience required Essential Physical & Functional Requirements Ability to sit stand walk squat bend kneel and move with clients for extended periods Ability to lift carry push and or pull at least 40 pounds. Comfortable providing personal care support including potty training diaper changing (children and adults) and toileting assistance Applicants must be able to: Work with all the ages we serve (5-22) Maintain consistent full-time attendance Commit to a MondayFriday schedule from 8:15 a.m.4:15 p.m. Successfully complete a criminal background check in compliance with Department of Child Services (DCS) and other agencies. Obtain and maintain Medicaid credentialing for ABA services including fingerprinting and background clearance
