Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Boston/Rockland area!

Responsibilities:

• Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan
• Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions teaching plans and programs
• Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
• Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
• Supervise Behavior Therapists
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers

Qualifications :

• Masters Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Ed. Psychology or related field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
• Valid Drivers license and access to reliable personal transportation
