Founded by clinician-parents this organization was built with one goal: put children and families first. Here ABA works hand-in-hand with Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Speech Therapy Feeding Therapy Aquatic Therapy and Social Skills programsall under one roof.
What Youll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with families to maximize client success
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate daily with OT PT and Speech professionals
- Help children develop communication social adaptive and life skills
What Theyre Looking For
Current BCBA Certification
Active Texas LBA License
Masters Degree or higher
Pediatric ABA experience preferred
Passion for teamwork and helping children succeed
