Job Summary

EdTheory is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Gilroy California.TheBCBAwill be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field.
ActiveBCBA certificationfrom the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions preferred.
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed.
