Independently manage complex workflow projects mentor junior and mid-level Bizagi developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient process automation solutions supporting workers compensation adjudication and claims management functions.
Education Required
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field

General Experience:
10 years of software development experience
6 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) implementations specifically with Bizagi
4 years of experience implementing automated BPM workflows in a workers compensation insurance or state government claims adjudication environment
Specialized Experience
6 years of hands-on experience with Bizagi Studio Bizagi Modeler Bizagi Automation and Bizagi Connectors
Advanced proficiency in BPMN 2.0 modeling and implementation
Strong experience with APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST) within the Bizagi integration framework
Expertise in Bizagi connectors widgets and low-code/no-code development capabilities
Proficiency in JavaScript for Bizagi customizations and enhanced workflow functionality
Experience leading large-scale Bizagi implementations and enterprise process automation initiatives
Experience with RPA technologies and their integration with Bizagi
Demonstrated experience designing and automating workers compensation business processes including First Report of Injury (FROI) intake hearing scheduling adjudication workflows medical payment processing and Commission order management
