Bilingual Training Consultant – Part-timeFlexible Hours

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Trainer to join our team on a part-time as-needed basis to facilitate training courses virtually or in-person. Training include a variety of topics including leadership skills communication techniques diversity & inclusion and other HR-related topics.
This role requires schedule flexibility to meet the needs of clients and learners. Position includes travel to local client sites remote facilitation of virtual training and as-needed hours in the office for training team-building and coordination of training materials.

• Partners with the client to gather information and understand their unique training goals then establishes training objectives to meet those goals.
• Revises or develops training materials as defined by the project scope.
• Utilizes a variety of resources to research current trends and innovative concepts to ensure training materials continue to engage learners.
• Facilitates training courses virtually or in-person utilizing a variety of methods to engage the adult learner.
• Interacts with course attendees to engage in activities and discussion to ensure training concepts are relayed effectively.
• Addresses questions from attendees during the training in a professional manner and provides further explanation and interaction as necessary.
