About the Role
Hello Bilingual Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Spanish/English Bilingual Paraprofessional for a ECE school setting in Aurora this role youll provide direct support to students with academic behavioral and social-emotional needs while also helping bridge communication between Spanish-speaking students families and school teams.

What Youll Do
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in classroom settings
- Assist Spanish-speaking students with academic participation and classroom routines
- Support communication between students teachers and staff when appropriate
- Reinforce behavior plans classroom strategies and social-emotional skills
- Help students navigate transitions and daily school routines
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Maintain basic documentation and communication as needed
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication patience collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
- School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
