Benefits Support Representative

About the Role

S&A Group is looking for a Benefits Support Representative to join our team in Alabama
In this role youll spend your day talking with clients over the phone understanding their needs and helping them find the right benefit options. Youll work with elderly clients so patience empathy and the ability to explain things clearly are important.

If you enjoy talking to people solving problems and helping customers feel confident about their decisions this could be a great fit for you.

What Youll Do

• Speak with clients by phone and provide friendly professional support.

• Help clients understand their benefit options and answer their questions.

• Handle concerns and find practical solutions.

• Keep customer information and records accurate and confidential.

• Work closely with your team and take part in regular training and coaching.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Must have access to a laptop/computer reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• High school diploma or GED required

• Patient professional and genuinely interested in helping others.

• Someone who is coachable dependable and willing to learn.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
