SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing guests with prompt courteous service that exceeds their expectations
Assisting guests with their arrival departure luggage and vehicles
Valet parking vehicles
Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
Identification of guest and room number analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guests room
Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation as well as daily activities and area attractions
Identifying guest and room number analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guests room
Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
Maintaining a clean work area including all common rooms and storage closets

This is a part-time opportunity working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
Candidates must possess a valid drivers license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Weekend availability required.
Theabilitytowalkandstandforthemajorityofeachshiftandtoliftupto50pounds.
