• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm friendly and professional attitude creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrivals departures and room changes ensuring safe and efficient handling of personal belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms providing information about hotel facilities amenities and services.
• Offer personalized recommendations about local attractions restaurants transportation and activities in Miami Beach.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation standards in the lobby entrance and surrounding guest areas.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries concerns and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Support Front Office operations and administrative tasks including night audit activities when required.
• Handle guest belongings deliveries packages and luggage storage according to hotel procedures.
• Follow hotel safety security and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance positive attitude and compliance with Yurbban Hospitality Groups service standards.
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and hotel activities as needed.

• Previous experience in a Bellman Bell Attendant Guest Services or similar hospitality position is preferred ideally within a boutique upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is highly valued. Additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Miami Beach attractions restaurants transportation options and local services is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and remain calm in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork skills attention to detail and a proactive reliable and service-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with Front Office operations and hotel procedures is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work morning evening and night shifts including weekends and holidays according to operational needs.
• Physical stamina to stand walk and work outdoors for extended periods including exposure to sun and warm weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift and handle luggage weighing at least 50 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Commitment to following hotel policies safety regulations and professional grooming standards.
