Job Summary
Position Summary
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight behavioral assessment treatment planning parent training and supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs across clinic home and community settings. This role focuses on delivering individualized evidence-based ABA services that empower children and support families.
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight behavioral assessment treatment planning parent training and supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs across clinic home and community settings. This role focuses on delivering individualized evidence-based ABA services that empower children and support families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments including VB-MAPP Vineland and other assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment goals and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and program modification
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide parent training caregiver consultation and collaborative care coordination
- Complete reassessments treatment reports and clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and organizational guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely billing and service documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and regular clinical meetings
- Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies
- Complete competency assessments and required trainings within designated timelines
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure required
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Counseling Social Work Education or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs
- Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Ability to manage documentation and clinical responsibilities efficiently
