Job Summary

Position: Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Los Angeles CA

We are currently seeking a BCBA for a full-time opportunity supporting children and young adults receiving ABA services. This role offers a strong clinical support structure manageable caseloads and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Minimum expectation of 25 billable hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision for ABA services
Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
Mentor and support BT/RBT staff members
Ensure ethical and high-quality clinical care across settings

Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Previous BCBA experience preferred
Strong communication leadership and clinical decision-making skills
Comfortable working in home school and community-based settings
