A Bartender is responsible for mixes serving alcoholic beverages and nonalcoholic drinks to guests of the bar and service bar following standard recipes and the companys policies; merchandises drinks; and is attentive to guests making them feel welcome at all times.

• Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards.
• Able to successfully slow down a guest or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
• Follows recipes to prepare beverages such as liquor cocktails and other drinks.
• Operates within full compliance of state liquors laws regulations health codes and sanitation guidelines.
• Conducts basic cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintains glassware and utensils.
• Knows the menu and how to read each guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.

• TIPS certification.
• 12 years of on hand experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work nights weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older which may include but is not limited to credit criminal DMV previous employment education and personal references per Company policy unless prohibited by federal state or provincial law.
• Preferred availability is Friday Saturday and Sunday
