As a Barista at Desserts Etc. youll be the face of our bakery and café ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all guests both in-person and over the phone with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Learning and mastering all Desserts Etc. products including our delicious food beverages and retail offerings.
- Maintaining our high standards for performance quality and customer satisfaction.
- Upholding our reputation and ethos by following health and safety guidelines.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and bakery.
Were seeking someone who brings energy enthusiasm and a love for customer service. To thrive in this role youll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine interest in coffee and/or desserts and creating a warm welcoming environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
- The ability to work through Fall 2026 as part of our dedicated team.
