• 3 years bar management or lead bartender experience in high-volume settings
• Proven ability to motivate develop and retain strong bar teams
• Strong knowledge of spirits wine beer and classic and contemporary cocktails
• Comfortable with POS systems inventory management and restaurant metrics
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
