Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Restock liquor beer wine mixers garnishes glassware ice and other bar supplies.
Keep the bar area storage areas and workstations clean and organized.
Wash and polish glassware and maintain adequate supplies throughout service.
Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and other necessary ingredients.
Refill ice bins and remove empty bottles trash and recycling.
Help receive organize and rotate inventory.
Assist bartenders with closing and opening duties.
Maintain cleanliness and follow all health safety and sanitation standards.
Provide support to bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Perform additional duties as needed to support daily bar operations.
