Job Summary

Job Title:Backup / Flex Resources

Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)

Project Duration: 10 12 months.

Need to have or obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust / MBI

Role Summary

Backup/Flex Resources will provide surge support transition coverage and operational continuity across development QA and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support workload balancing during peak migration/testing periods
Assist with defect remediation and stabilization activities
Provide backup support for key technical and QA functions
Participate in Agile sprint and release activities

Required Skills & Experience

Relevant technical or QA experience aligned to assigned workstream
Ability to operate in fast-paced delivery environments
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

IVR/contact center experience
Public sector experience
