Were looking for a reliable detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our growing dealership this role youll handle vehicle titles registrations and paperwork while ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and on time.

What Youll Do:

• Process vehicle titles registrations and tag applications
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Track and follow up on outstanding titles
• Maintain organized records and files
• Assist with title-related questions from customers and staff

What Were Looking For:

• Dealership title experience preferred
• Knowledge of Mississippi titling requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack CDK etc. is a plus)
