Automotive Test Engineer

You will be responsible for validating software features across vehicle electronic systems including powertrain body controls safety systems diagnostics and communication networks. This is a hands-on role focused on developing and executing software validation test plans performing testing with DAQ and diagnostic tools analyzing system behavior identifying defects and troubleshooting integration issues. You will collaborate closely with software electrical and systems engineering teams to improve vehicle functionality safety and reliability across multiple platforms.

This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully Onsite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in EE CE ME or related field
• Experience testing automotive or commercial vehicle embedded systems
• Strong understanding of vehicle communication protocols
• Familiarity with Python MATLAB LabVIEW or similar tools
• Ability to debug hardware/software interactions
  
  

Pluses:

• Experience with Vector tools
• Background in commercial vehicle EV or heavyduty systems
• HIL or automated test experience
