What Youll Do

• Lead all daily operations of the service department to drive performance profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit train coach and motivate service advisors technicians and support staff to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and creates lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor workflow productivity repair quality and department performance to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle delivery.
• Work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to create a seamless dealership experience for every customer.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies manufacturer requirements safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Promote a positive accountable and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

• Proven success as an Automotive Service Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication leadership problem-solving and customer service skills.
• A track record of improving customer satisfaction operational efficiency and department profitability.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) service software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85000 - $135000 annually based on experience and performance
