We are looking for a friendly organized and customer-focused Automotive Service Cashier to join our busy dealership/service department. If you enjoy working with people thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail wed love to meet you!

• Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude.
• Process service repair invoices and accept payments accurately.
• Balance and reconcile daily cash credit card and check transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Schedule service appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process paperwork.
• Assist the Service Advisors and management team with administrative tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service before during and after each visit.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area.

• Previous cashier customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
