As the final point of contact for our service customers youll play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience that keeps customers coming back.

• Greet service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders and explain invoices when needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries
• Balance daily cash checks credit card transactions and deposits
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Support Service Advisors and Management with administrative tasks
• Assist with customer transportation loaner vehicles and pick-up/delivery coordination as needed
• Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming customer lounge and cashier area

• Previous cashier customer service receptionist or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
