Group 1 Acura Sugar Land is growing and seeking a high-quality Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! This is an opportunity to represent the Acura brand in a high-performing dealership committed to excellence in both service and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers throughout the service process.
- Schedule confirm and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
- Greet customers perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document concerns and service needs
- Create detailed repair orders with clear transparent cost and time estimates
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition mileage and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
- Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status timelines and any changes to scope or cost
- Deliver vehicles upon completion reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license
