Group 1 Automotive is actively hiring Automotive Sales Professionals for multiple Bob Howard dealership locations in the Oklahoma City and Edmond areas and were looking for driven peoplefocused individuals who want to earn grow and succeed in a fastpaced environment.
As an Automotive Sales Professional youll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional stressfree buying experience.
This role is perfect for competitive selfstarters who enjoy working with people setting goals and getting rewarded for their performance.

- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers andmaintainrelationships withpreviousbuyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates inventory and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
- Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus not required)
- Strong motivation to succeed in a commissiondriven performancebased environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a highenergy customerfocused approach
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- Selfmotivated proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license for the state of employment and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check motor vehicle record (MVR) and drug screening
