Horne Mazda in Tempe is looking for proven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing high-volume sales team.

If you know how to work a showroom handle internet leads build a customer pipeline follow up consistently negotiate and close deals we want to talk with you.

This is an experienced-sales position. Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
  
• Proven track record of automotive sales success
  
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
  
• Experience handling showroom and internet customers
  
• Excellent prospecting and follow-up skills
  
• Experience working with a dealership CRM
  
• Knowledge of vehicle features pricing trades and financing
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  
• Professional communication and customer service skills
  
• Valid Arizona Drivers License
