• Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
• Manage inventory levels to maximize availability while controlling obsolescence
• Lead coach and develop the parts team
• Maintain excellent relationships with service technicians advisors wholesale customers and vendors
• Ensure accurate ordering receiving stocking and returns
• Monitor department profitability and key performance metrics
• Maintain GM parts standards policies and warranty procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers

• Previous General Motors (GM) Parts Management or Parts Department leadership experience is required
• Strong knowledge of GM parts systems and dealership operations
• Proven inventory management and forecasting skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and dealership management system experience
• A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
