• Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
• Secure financing through lender relationships.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate complete and funded promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
• Work closely with sales management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet or exceed finance product penetration and profitability goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of Finance Manager experience in a domestic franchise dealership (Chevrolet Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GMC Buick Cadillac or similar).
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending compliance and F&I products.
• Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet performance objectives.
• Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
