• Manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle purchases and leases.
  

• Present and sell F&I products including extended service contracts GAP coverage and other protection plans.
  

• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing and maximize approval opportunities.
  

• Structure deals effectively while maintaining dealership profitability.
  

• Ensure all financing documents and contracts are accurate complete and compliant with applicable regulations.
  

• Build strong relationships with customers lenders and dealership sales personnel.
  

• Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery.
  

• Maintain strong performance in product penetration finance income and customer satisfaction.
  

• Automotive dealership F&I experience is required.
  

• Proven ability to sell finance and insurance products and generate F&I income.
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive financing lender programs and deal structuring.
  

• Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
  

• A results-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of finance documentation and compliance requirements.
