Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus commission

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on new used and customer vehicles.
• Complete customer-pay and internal dealership details according to established quality standards.
• Clean vacuum shampoo polish wax and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery display and resale.
• Support the sales service and used-car departments by completing detailing assignments efficiently and on time.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Properly use and maintain detailing equipment tools and supplies.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting dealership deadlines.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous automotive dealership detailing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques products and equipment.
• Ability to produce consistent high-quality results with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic dependability and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
