Automotive Controller

Crossroads Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting utilizingDealertrack this role you will manage accounting functions support dealership operations and maintain compliance with financial regulations while leveraging Dealertrack software to streamline processes.

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable receivable and general ledger entries.
• Utilize Dealertrack systems for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with sales service and other departments to align financial objectives.
• Train and supervise accounting staff to optimize performance and accuracy.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Controller or similar financial management role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Dealertrack software and dealership financial systems.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles compliance and insurance regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Exceptional analytical organizational and leadership skills.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred.

• Competitive salary range of $80000.00 - $90000.00 per year paid weekly.
