Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Automation Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.

Related Work Experience

Required

• 7 years of experience supporting automation in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or major automation projects.
• Experience with industrial automation systems including PLCs robotics HMI systems vision systems and industrial networks.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing multi-site automation support teams.
• Experience launching new production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 OT systems industrial networking and manufacturing data systems.
• Experience supporting highly automated production environments.

• Successful launch of new automation systems and production programs
• Development and retention of automation talent
• Reduced downtime and maintenance costs
• Standardization of automation systems across facilities
