The Role
As an Audit Senior you will play a handson role in client engagements leading audits reviews and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Research and analyze accounting and auditrelated issues
- Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
- Supervise train and mentor associates on audit processes
- Develop a working understanding of each clients business operations
- Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 24 years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPAeligible preferred
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Professional dependable and teamoriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
