User & Site Administration: Organization Site Access & Permission Management
Atlassian Forge Development: Forge UI Kit Custom UI Forge Functions Storage APIs Web Triggers Custom Fields
Experience building and supporting Jira & Confluence Forge Apps
REST APIs Webhooks Event-Driven Integrations
Integrations with MS Teams ServiceNow
Jira & Confluence Automation
Operations and support for large-scale Atlassian environments (8K users)
Security governance access controls and guardrails

Nice to have:-

GenAI / ChatGPT Enterprise
OpenAI APIs & Prompt Engineering
AI-powered solutions for ticket summarization knowledge management virtual assistants and workflow automation
