Requirements:
- Desire to work with young people
- Passion for cross-country and teaching young people the sport of cross-country.
- Experience competing/coaching cross-country preferred.
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent
Licensures & Certification:
- Ability to complete online coaching requirements as established by the Minnesota State High School League
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a training/practice program that maximizes the potential of high school/middle school cross-country athletes.
