• 4 exam rooms expanding to 8 with an upcoming buildout.

• Live virtual scribes with AI-assisted medical documentation
• Mobile specialists are integral in our standard of care (Surgery cardiology radiology and internal medicine)

A Schedule That Gives You Your Life Back

We believe being a great veterinarian shouldnt require working your life away.

4 10-hour shifts 8 AM6 PM or 10AM-8PM / Or 3 x 12 hr shifts (8AM - 8PM)

Youll work on rotating weekend schedule designed to maximize your time off while still providing consistent coverage for our patients.

Your support team handles much of the administrative workload so you can concentrate on patients clients and medicine.

• Base Salary: $175000$200000 DOE
• $300K earnings on production
• Highly competitive $30000 sign-on bonus OR up to $30000 toward a CE program to support your professional development

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for an Associate Veterinarian who is excited to practice high-quality medicine and become part of a collaborative supportive team.

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Have a DVM/VMD and current California veterinary license
• Have experience in small animal medicine; urgent care or emergency medicine experience is a plus
• Are comfortable managing a diverse caseload
• Enjoy surgery and are willing to jump in when the team needs you
• Are interested in continuing to grow your clinical skills
• Are open to receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced veterinarians
• Communicate confidently with clients and team members
