About the Role
Provide comprehensive medical surgical and preventive care for companion animals
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
Collaborate with veterinary professionals and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Educate clients on wellness preventive medicine and treatment options
Responsibilities
Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
Perform medical and surgical procedures appropriate to experience and training
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Provide compassionate guidance to clients regarding all stages of pet care
Support a positive team-oriented hospital culture
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
