An animal veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for companion animal patients.

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions while developing individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide preventive medical dental and surgical care.

  • Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgical procedures including the management of complex medical cases.

  • Educate pet owners on treatment options preventive healthcare and long-term wellness.

  • Collaborate with veterinarians technicians and support staff to deliver efficient high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records while ensuring compliance with veterinary standards and regulations.

  • Mentor and support veterinary team members while participating in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.

  • Several years of experience in companion animal general practice preferred.

  • Strong medical surgical and diagnostic skills.

  • Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal abilities.
