Impact Youll Make
Support consulting engagements involving commercial disputes investigations and Department of Justice (DOJ) matters working alongside senior consultants and testifying experts to deliver rigorous analytical insights.
Perform financial analyses economic damages calculations and financial modeling in support of litigation and dispute engagements.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends anomalies and insights relevant to investigations and damages assessments.
Review and synthesize case documentation testimony court filings and other materials to identify relevant facts and analytical inputs.
Assist in the preparation of expert reports presentations and visual exhibits used in litigation arbitration and dispute proceedings.
Contribute to data-driven insights across industries with a particular focus on healthcare-related disputes and investigations.
What Youll Do
Support engagement leaders and senior team members in executing project workplans analytical tasks and client deliverables.
Perform financial modeling and quantitative analysis to support economic damages calculations and other litigation-related analyses.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and analyze structured datasets used in case analyses and modeling.
Conduct advanced analysis of large datasets including healthcare claims data financial records and transactional information.
Assist in recreating and evaluating financial models and analyses presented by opposing experts.
Prepare clear and compelling expert reports presentations and data visualizations that communicate analytical findings effectively.
Organize and review case documentation and other supporting materials relevant to investigations and disputes.
Conduct company industry and case-specific research including economic accounting technical and market analyses.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related discipline.
24 years of relevant professional experience in accounting finance economics litigation consulting forensic accounting fraud investigation healthcare analytics or public accounting.
Experience performing complex data analyses using Structured Query Language (SQL) is required; familiarity with Python SAS Stata or R is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate financial statements accounting records tax returns and other financial documentation.
CPA CFE or other relevant professional designation is preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in fast-paced litigation environments with evolving analytical requirements and deadlines tied to court proceedings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex analytical findings.
Ability to support Department of Justice (DOJ) matters including obtaining the appropriate level of clearance if required.
