Step into a strategic commercial leadership role at dsm-firmenich. AsAssociate Director Key Global Accounts Taste Texture & Health (North America) you will lead the regional growth strategy for two major Key Global Accounts translating global direction into commercial execution across North America. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth strengthening strategic customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring dsm-firmenich remains a preferred innovation partner. Working closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams you will help shape long-term account strategies while delivering solutions that create value for customers and for dsm-firmenich.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead long-term business development and growth strategy for two major Key Global Accounts in North America driving profitable sales growth aligned with global and regional objectives.

• Execute regional account strategies while supporting global governance commercial priorities and cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent customer engagement and business performance.

• Serve as the customers voice within dsm-firmenich partnering closely with Technical Creation Marketing Innovation Pricing Operations and Business Unit teams to deliver value-added solutions.

• Manage commercial execution including customer projects pricing strategies commercial agreements forecasting and budget performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the value chain driving innovation product development initiatives and best-in-class collaboration models that strengthen long-term customer partnerships.

You Bring:

• 10 years of commercial experience within the food flavor ingredients or related industry with a track record of delivering profitable growth.

• Proven success managing large strategic accounts and navigating complex regional and global stakeholder environments.

• Strong strategic thinking business acumen and commercial leadership capabilities including experience with negotiations pricing forecasting and account planning.

• Excellent relationship-building communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions cultures and organizational levels.

• A customer-focused entrepreneurial mindset combined with resilience adaptability and a passion for identifying and capturing new growth opportunities; Bachelors degree in Business Food Science Marketing Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicants job-related skills experience relevant education or training and primary work location. Salary $180800 - $215000.
