What You Will Do:

In this role you will provide day-to-daygeneral legal support forPratt & Whitneysentity management functionas corporate governance attorneystrategic transactionsincluding capital projectsandforeign and domesticgovernmental incentivesopportunities.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)and10 years of professional experienceincluding 5 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registrationin a timely mannerfollowing hire.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship isrequired as only U.S. citizensare authorized toaccess certain necessary systems or sites.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Substantialcorporate transactions experience including entity reorganizations mergers and acquisitions capital increases formationsdissolutionsand liquidations.
• Experiencewith corporate governance mattersincluding compliance fordomestic and international entitiesadvisingboards of directors and management on theirlegalduties and responsibilitiesanddrafting variousboard and shareholder resolutions and certifications.
• Experience reviewing drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including large capital projects.
• Experience with governmental incentives transactions is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business driven dynamic environment.
• Have the ability tocoordinate with other subject matter experts and stakeholders including the effective management of outside counsel.
• Ability to think and work proactively and strategically inidentifyingand resolving legal issues.
• Sound judgment and attention to details.
• Demonstrated capacity to actively solve complicated legal and business problems.
• Team player with an ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of the organization andmaintainstrongrelationshipswith peers internal clients and external customers.
• Superior communication skills both oral and written.

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
