This is a key leadership role and a rare opportunity to join a growing organization. As Associate Center Director youll work closely with the Center Director and owner/operator to support daily operations build strong relationships with families and help drive center growth.

We intentionally develop leaders from within and this role is designed for someone excited to grow professionally take ownership and potentially advance into a full-time Center Director role over time.

What Youll Do

Drive enrollment:
Confidently lead family consultations guide families toward the right program and help them feel supported and excited about enrolling.

Build trust with families:
Communicate with warmth professionalism and consistency so every family feels cared for and valued.

Support center operations:
Help manage scheduling communication administrative tasks and day-to-day center organization with strong attention to detail.

Execute local marketing initiatives:
Support community outreach efforts referral generation and relationship-building within local schools and organizations.

Deliver exceptional customer service:
Provide personal follow-ups progress updates and proactive communication to keep families engaged and happy.

Support team culture:
Help create a positive collaborative environment for instructors and staff while maintaining professionalism and accountability (includes training staff).

Track performance metrics:
Assist in monitoring revenue collections retention and overall center performance while identifying opportunities for growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree required
• 23 years of sales leadership customer service hospitality education or other client-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence guiding conversations and presenting solutions
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A positive adaptable team-oriented mindset
• A genuine passion for helping students and families
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week including:
  MondayThursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings
